There are 2 bedrooms with matrimonial beds, from the bedrooms you exit to a large terrace overlooking the garden/sea; bathroom with shower, living room with SAT-TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with balcony overlooking the front garden and private parking space.
Our guests are welcome to use the parking space (1 car), and the garden with relax area, barbecue and children swing. There is a direct access from our garden to the children playground, and a basket/football field.
One of the nearest beaches is very suitable for small children: it offers Blue Flag water quality, children pool, playground, and a lot of shade.
The historic center of Porec can be reached by tourist train (train station 10 minute walk from the apartment).
In the vicinity there are two neighborhood alimentary shops, a bakery, private doctor, private dentist, and two excellent restaurants offering seafood specialties and local cuisine.
